What AI model does PullLight use? +
Claude Sonnet 4.5, accessed via the Polsia AI proxy. One model, consistent output — no mystery blends, no silent model swaps.
Where does my code go? Is it used for training? +
Your diff is sent to the Polsia AI proxy, which routes to Anthropic for analysis. Code is never retained by Polsia beyond the request and is never used for training — by us or Anthropic (we use API access, not consumer products).
What about private repos? +
Private repos require the Team plan ($20/mo). The GitHub App requests the minimal permissions needed to read PR diffs and post review comments. You control exactly which repos it accesses.
Can I cancel anytime? +
Yes. Cancel from Stripe billing at any time — no lock-in, no cancellation fees. Your access continues until the end of the billing period. If you cancel within 7 days of your first charge, email us for a full refund.
Why human-in-the-loop instead of auto-publishing? +
AI models hallucinate. Auto-published AI review comments add noise, cause frustration, and erode trust in code review. PullLight queues every AI finding in /reviews — you approve what's useful, discard what isn't, and only signal-rich comments ever reach the PR. Your team never sees false positives.
Do you support GitLab or Bitbucket? +
Not yet — GitHub only for now. GitLab and Bitbucket support are on the roadmap. Join the
waitlist and mention your platform, and we'll let you know when it ships.
How is this different from Copilot PR Review? +
Copilot PR Review auto-publishes comments, is priced per developer (~$19/mo each), and ties you to GitHub's model choices. PullLight routes through Claude Sonnet, requires human approval before anything posts, and costs $20/mo flat for your whole team.

What languages and file types are supported? +
Claude Sonnet is fluent in all mainstream languages — JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, Go, Rust, Java, Ruby, PHP, C/C++, Swift, Kotlin, and more. It reads anything in your diff, including config files, SQL, and Markdown. There's no language-specific model or rule engine.
Are there token limits or PR size limits? +
Very large diffs (>100K tokens) are truncated before analysis. In practice this rarely matters — most PRs are well within the limit. We show a truncation notice in /reviews when it applies.
Is there a self-hosted option? +
Not currently. It's on the Enterprise roadmap. If on-prem is a hard requirement,
get in touch and we'll scope it.
What's your refund policy? +
Cancel within 7 days of your first charge for a full refund, no questions asked. Email
hello@pulllight.polsia.app. After 7 days, no prorated refunds — but you can cancel and keep access until the period ends.
How many repos can I connect? +
Unlimited repos on both the OSS and Team plans. The GitHub App installation lets you select repos individually or grant access to all repos in your org.
